Rates & Inclusions
Our mission at Spring House is for you and your family and friends to
have the holiday or vacation that best suits both your needs and your budget.
For some, this means a basic, self-catering package, or individual suite, with
limited services. For others, this means an all-inclusive luxury package with
every need, thought and desire taken care of from the moment you step off your
flight. Whichever level of service you are looking for, Spring House has a
plan that meets your needs.
Which Plan should I choose?
– The All Inclusive Plan if you want five star luxury and service with no worries from start to finish, exclusive use of the entire house and staff, a chef-prepared meal plan, full open bar, private jeeps, full concierge, maid and laundry service. Never see the inside of a grocery store, kitchen or laundry.
The Independence Plan if you are happy to organize the day-to-day elements of your vacation. You are still guaranteed exclusive use of Spring House, but you have the freedom to take care of your own shopping, meal planning and preparation, as well as transportation to suit your needs.
– The Flexi Plan if you are a small group of two to six, and do not need to reserve the entire property for your exclusive use. Spring House has two wings: East and West (see Floor Plans), each with its own private kitchen, living and dining areas. Reserve one wing, with shared access to the common areas such as the pool and gardens. Other guests may be staying in the other wing but we try to manage our bookings to accommodate like-minded visitors.
All Plans — What’s included
- Use of all facilities and guest areas at Spring House
- Staff: Housekeeper available during normal working hours and on call other times
- 24-hour Caretaker onsite in his own separate staff house
- Private Swimming pool — not a micro plunge pool but the longest on Bequia at 40 ft.
- Wireless Broadband Internet service
- Cable TV & iPod Player in every room and the gazebo (bring your own iPod)
- DVD Player & CD Stereo Systems, with a large video library
- Hair dryers and wall safes in each room
- Baby items: Crib/cot if required. Car seat. Playpen. High chair
- Selection of Board games (e.g. Monopoly, Risk, Chess), and Jigsaw Puzzles
- Badminton and Shuffleboard courts, and Basketball practice court
- Table Tennis
All Inclusive Plan — What’s Included
- Exclusive use use of all facilities and guest areas at Spring House
- Eight suites, each with four poster beds, air-conditioning, private en-suite bathroom, ocean-view verandahs and much, much, more
- Staff: Manager, Housekeeper, Cook, up to 3 Maids, and Caretaker/Gardener

- Open Bar with standard spirits, house wines, beer and soft drinks [more info]
- Up to three Jeeps (1 for each 5 persons), provided by Bequia Jeep Rentals [more info]
- Driver’s license fees and paperwork processing in advance, for 1 driver per vehicle
- Full Maid and Laundry service seven days a week
- Flights: Assistance with booking local flights and/or charters to Bequia from Barbados or St. Lucia
- Assistance with booking excursions, tours, restaurants, etc; local advice
- Picnic Lunches for beach or other excursions — we will pack you a basket
- Champagne and flowers in room on arrival
- Complimentary babysitting service if required
- Designer soaps, toiletries and bathrobes in all suites
- Phone calls to the US and UK using our Netspeak service

Independence Plan — What’s Included

- Bequia airport or ferry pickup and drop off
- Daily housekeeping — basic services
- Meals: Welcome Dinner and First Morning Breakfast
- Limited assistance with booking excursions, tours, restaurants; local advice
- Beach equipment: kayaks, snorkeling gear, chairs, towels, toys, etc. [more info]
- Cook and laundry service available
- Breakfast service available
- Villa food stocking service available
Flexi Plan — What’s Included
- Exclusive use of the East Wing or West Wing. Each has three suites with four-poster beds, air-conditioning, private en-suite bathrooms, and ocean-view verandahs, plus private kitchen, living and dining areas.
Please note: rates are per person, per night, not by the Wing. The House Manager will assign a Wing based on availability taking into account guest preferences and the composition of your group. Please let us know your requirements in advance if possible.

- Government departure taxes of EC$40 (US$16) which each passenger is required to pay in cash at the departure airport.
