Rates & Inclusions
Our mission at Spring House is for you and your family and friends to have the holiday or vacation that best suits both your needs and your budget. For some, this means a basic, self-catering, villa rental package with limited services. For others, this means an all-inclusive luxury package with every need, thought and desire taken care of from the moment you step off your international flight.
Our two rate plans reflect these extremes. To the extent practicable, we can add or subtract items "cafeteria style" to assist you in building the holiday that you desire. Please feel free to discuss your requests with the House Manager at the time of booking.
All Plans — What’s included
- Exclusive use of all facilities and guest areas at Spring House
- 7 air-conditioned, en-suite, bedrooms each with four poster beds, ceiling fans, verandahs and much, much, more
- Staff: Housekeeper available during normal working hours and on call other times
- 24-hour Caretaker onsite in his own separate staff house
- Private Swimming pool — not a micro plunge pool but the longest on Bequia at 40 ft.
- Wireless Broadband Internet service
- Cable TV & iPod player in every room and the gazebo (bring your own iPod)
- DVD Player & CD Stereo Systems
- Hair dryers and wall safes in each room
- Baby items: Crib/cot if required. Car seat. Playpen. High chair
- Selection of Board games (e.g. Monopoly, Risk, Chess), and Jigsaw Puzzles
- Badminton and Shuffleboard courts, and Basketball practice court
- Table tennis
Our Standard Rate Plan — What’s Included
Everything above plus:
- Bequia airport or ferry pickup and drop off
- Daily housekeeping — basic services
- Meals: Welcome Dinner and First Morning Breakfast
- Limited assistance with booking excursions, tours, restaurants; local advice
- Beach equipment: kayaks, snorkeling gear, chairs, towels, toys, etc. [more info]
- Cook and laundry service available
- Villa food stocking service available
Our All-inclusive Rate Plan — What’s Included
Everything above plus:
- Flights + Airport / Ferry Transfers: flights to/from Barbados or St Lucia to Bequia, and airport or ferry transfers in Bequia are all included (please see What’s Not Included below).
Guests who prefer to make their own flight arrangements through San Juan will be credited for an amount equivalent to the base return airfare from Barbados to Bequia.

- Champagne and flowers in room on arrival
- Complimentary babysitting service if required

- Applicable airport development, authority or passenger taxes, facility charges, sales taxes, fuel and insurance surcharges or departure taxes, which vary
